I was born in 1990, in Stevenage. I live in Shillington, Bedfordshire, and have lived here all my life. It's a nice village, that I will probably regret leaving when I move. It is so very quiet, something people would love to have, it's surrounded by green fields, and during the Summer it can be really rather pretty.
I went to Shillington Lower School, Robert Bloomfield Middle School, and then Samuel Whitbread Community College, where I studied GCSE's in English, Maths, Science, German and History (I think). I then stayed to study in the 6th Form where I studied Business Studies and History (it's what I was left with).
I have always loved technology, I have always loved computers. Being rather isolated from many others I spent many hours working on my PCs. From age 13 or 14 even. My first Laptop was a 300Mhz someting or other (I'm ashamed not to remember), and it ran Windows 2000 Pro rather well(?!) - it was a start for sure. Things went up from there, I worked on learning HTML and various code, went through the 'For Dummies' series of books and got an excellent one for Web Design. I then took work experience at Aeroflex in Stevenage in their IT department, and got asked back there a second time the year after to work the summer. From there on I set up my own company 'Frantik (Web Technologies)' which at the time didn't really do a lot, it's only in the past year that I have stepped things up there and had reasonable success. I will continue with this for sure as it's something I can take wherever I go.
This I have juggled around with Death Cap Records. In around 2006 my love for music got bigger and I had seen Deep Purple live in Brighton then as well, my first 'big' gig. I had also seen a documentary about Geffen Records on the old box, and thought that I could well do something like that. I mean how hard would it be? I had come up with the name shortly thereafter, and for a long time done nothing with it, as I thought I needed lots of money for that. Then it had gotten to the point where I thought what the hell, and set it up anyway. In 2008 I registered it as a Private Limited Company.
That's a very brief introduction as to what I do, I will update this when I see fit, but in the mean time don't hesitate to contact me if you have questions.
Thanks :-)
